Cascade Clamps - Cascade Manufacturing Company was founded in Portland, Oregon in the year 1943. They began as a small machine shop at first hiring four individuals. Product sales for their first year of operation totaled $60,000. The first recorded sales revenues involved the machining and assembly of stainless-steel valves, pipe fittings and various parts. Throughout five years of operation, the business had stretched to forty workers and their annual sales volume had increased to $330,000. At present, Cascade is one of the leading international producers within the material handling business.

The company has expanded its manufacturing facilities within the U.S. with areas in Springfield, Ohio, Warner Robins, Georgia, Portland, Oregon. Cascade products are manufactured internationally due to numerous subsidiary operations. In 1994, a brand new plant was accomplished in Almere, the Netherlands which is Cascade's European control center. This plant is designed to be the essential customer support centre.
Continuing to grow, Cascade expanded their product offering further in 1996 and 1997 with the impressive acquisition of five firms, including the worldwide best in forks, the Kenhar Corporation.
